Let’s enjoy to do yoga in the Yoyogi park! For bengineers. After yoga, could you have a lunch together in the grass like a picnic. Let’s enjoy feeling your breathing, body, refreshing. And enjoy conversation with the guests in lunch time. 自然豊か開放的な空間で行うヨガは最高です。呼吸の深まりと、普段感じない身体の感覚に集中してみてください。初心者でもご参加いただけますので、身体の硬さは心配しないで、お気軽にご参加ください。 『 ヨガ＝つなぐ 』という意味の通り、ヨガの後はお昼を食べながら少し団らんの時間を楽しみましょう♪

 Weekly park yoga @Yoyogi park

This class for beginner. You can try to do yoga easily. Don’t worry if you don’t sports Do you want refresh? Are you busy every day? If you so, need to have refresh time. Doing yoga, feeling your breathing and moving your body. That makes you to feel better. Please bring a towel, because you may use it in doing yoga.

Cancellation fee is as follows;

On the day : 100% of the paid ticket fee

1 day prior : 50% of the paid ticket fee

More 2 days before : 220yen (as refund fee)

If you were no show without any notice, you can't join our events any more in future.
