Walk around the crater rim of an extinct volcano which offers 360° panoramic views that include Mt. Fuji and Oshima Island.

Relax in the hot spring and/or enjoy some good food and beers to finish the day.

Trip Features;

• Jogasaki Coast – a stunning stretch of coast on the eastern side of the Izu peninsula. The coastline is famous for it’s jagged cliffs, beautiful views, Kadowaki Suspension Bridge and Lighthouse.
• Mount Omuro – a 580m high extinct volcano near the eastern coast of the Izu Peninsula, shaped like an inverted rice bowl and has a beautiful silhouette that can be seen from most places in the Izu Kogen area.
• Sakura Village – visit a huge field at the base of Mount Omuro where 1500 cherry trees of about 40 kinds planted and bloom from September until May (optional – time permitting).
• Gotemba Kogen Resort – a truly unique world class resort ideally located in the valley at the base of beautiful Mt. Fuji. The resort have great restaurants and offer hot springs and on site micro-brewery that will help soothe away your stress and leave your body and mind refreshed.

ITINERARY

• Meet the group in Shinjuku at 7am（FREE BUS provided by collaboration）

• Catch up on your sleep
• Short stop for breakfast on the way
• Arrive at Jogasaki Coast parking around 10:15am
• Walk along the beautiful coast
• Get on the bus at 12pm
• Arrive at Mt. Omuro parking around 12:15pm
• Get on the chairlift up to the top of Mt. Omuro
• Walk along the crater rim and enjoy 360° panoramic views
• Short picnic lunch
• Get on the bus at 2pm
• Arrive at Gotemba Koren Resort & Brewery around 3pm
• Relax in the hot springs and/or enjoy some delicious food and good craft beers
• Get on the bus at 5pm
• Short rest stop on the way
• Arrive back in Shinjuku around 7:15pm

If we are unable to increase the number of participants, we will refund the participation fee. In that case, we will do it without charge.
