穏やかな奥多摩川をカヤック（またはSUP乗船）。美しい景色、雄大な自然、色鮮やかな紅葉をお楽しみください。素敵な川沿いの小道を少し歩いて地元の酒蔵まで行き、そこで地元で作られた日本酒を試飲することができます。

 Trip Features;

ITINERARY

• Meet some tour participants at JR Shinjuku station, platform no. 12, in-front of car no. 2 at 10am
• Get on the 10:11am Chuo line express train bound for Ome
• Get-off/transfer train at Ome station
• Get on the 11:18am Ome line train bound for Okutama
• Arrive at Mitake station at 11:38am
• Meet the tour guide and rest of the group outside Mitake station (one exit only) at 11:40am

• Short walk to the kayak/SUP shop
• Have picnic lunch/snacks
• Get the gear on (wet/dry suit, windbreaker, life jacket, etc.)
• Safety talk and learn the basic paddling technique
• River kayaking (or SUP boarding) from 12:30pm until 3pm
• Take a shower/change clothes/enjoy a hot coffee or cold beer
• 20 minute walk along a nice riverside trail to Sawanoi Sake Brewery
• Sake tasting from 4pm until 5

• Visit the nearby local onsen (optional) or head back to Tokyo

• Half-day kayaking (or SUP boarding)
• All gear required for kayaking or SUP boarding (kayak, paddle, wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, shoes, etc.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Itinerary may vary due to the weather, traffic conditions, Covid-19 restrictions and other unavoidable circumstances.
• This event is ON rain or shine unless there’s a typhoon.
• Please buy/bring picnic lunch. There’s no shop to buy lunch from around Mitake station.
• The current of the river we will be kayaking (or SUP boarding) on is gentle.
• Kayaking (or SUP boarding) first-timers and beginners are totally welcome!
• Meeting the tour guide and the group outside Mitake station at 11:40am is totally fine.
• The trip will proceed on time with or without you so please don’t be late. Check your train times beforehand and spare some time as train connections can be complicated.
• Sake tasting and onsen are optional. You can go back straight to Tokyo after kayaking (or SUP boarding) if you want.
• Final details will be sent to the participants two days before the event.
