​Cancel Policy

Please send direct message to event host before starting your reserved event in case you can not come or big delay .

You can not attend to our all events if you keep continue to cancel without direct message to event host or Welcome Tokyo head office before the event starts.

予約後のキャンセルや大幅な遅刻をされる場合は、イベントが開催される前に、イベントホスト又はWelcome Tokyo本部に直接ご連絡ください。無断キャンセルやキャンセルが複数回続いた場合は、以降一切の予約または参加をお断り致します。

​また、個々の材料費等がかかる場合のイベントではキャンセル料金が発生します。キャンセル料金についてはイベントの詳細内に記載しておりますので、ご確認ください。
