 This Trip Features;

• Visit one of Japan’s most beautiful and enchanting onsen towns; Ginzan Onsen

• Amazing powder snow (if we get lucky)

• 7:30pm Friday (Mar 1) departure to make the most out of your weekend
• Well located lodge (just for our group) only a couple of meters walk to the two main ropeways
• Nice indoor and outdoor onsens just a couple of meters walk from our lodge

ITINERARY

 * Friday (Mar 1) 

• Meet the group in Shinjuku at 7:15pm
• Get on the bus
• Have a relaxing drink, chat with other members and get excited
• Short stops for food/snacks on the way
• Arrive in Zao Onsen around 1:20am
• Check-in at the lodge

 * Saturday (Mar 2) 

• Breakfast at 7:30am
• Get the gear on
• Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-4:30pm)
• Join the optional Ginzan Onsen/Yamadera sightseeing trip (1:30pm-8:30pm)
• Visit one of the local onsens
• Dinner at 6pm (8:30pm if joining the Ginzan Onsen trip)
• Apres-ski drinks at our lodge

 * Sunday (Mar 3) 

• Breakfast at 7:30am
• Get the gear on
• Check-out of your room
• Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-2pm)
• Visit one of the local onsens
• Get ready/pack your stuff
• Get on the bus at 3pm
• Short stops for food/snacks on the way
• Arrive back in Shinjuku around 8:45pm

• Gloves rental (¥500 for 1 day | ¥800 for 2 days)

• Ski/snowboard boots JPN28.5cm and above (¥1,000 for 1 day | ¥2,000 for 2 days)

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Itinerary may vary due to the weather, traffic conditions and other unavoidable circumstances.
• Minimum/maximum of 4 persons for shared rooms.
• Male/Female only rooms are available.
• Group of (4) friends can have their own room.
• Private room for 2 or 3 persons available for an extra fee on a first-come/first-served basis (limited rooms).
• The lodge is located near the two main ropeways to the best ski areas, and a couple of meters walk to the nice onsens.
• Lunch not provided but available at the ski resort.
• There will be an extra fee for ski/snowboard boots JPN size 28.5 and above.
• Free ski/snowboarding lesson is on Saturday (Mar 2) from 9:30am until 12pm.
• We will try to accommodate all dietary requirements. However, we are unable to guarantee the hotel/lodge can cater for every meal.
• Soap, shampoo and rinse are provided in the bath (ofuro).
• Towels available for rent at the lodge for 300yen.
• You can send your gear by delivery service (takkyubin) to the hotel. Address will be provided upon request.
• You must check out of your room before 10am on Sunday (Mar 5), and put your belongings in the luggage room before going ski/snowboarding.
• You can buy a 4 hour lift pass (¥5,400) directly at the ticket counter for each day if you cannot ski/snowboard for the whole day and want to save some money.
• Bus departure for Ginzan Onsen/Yamadera sightseeing trip is at 1:30pm and arrive back at Zao Onsen around 8:30pm.
• There are no higaeri onsens open/available at Ginzan Onsen for 1-day visitors from 1:30pm due to its popularity.
• Final details will be sent to the participants by email two days before the event.

A. 12 hours before the tour - 50%

B. 24 hours before the tour - 40%

C. 2~7 days before the tour - 30%

D. 8~10 days before the tour - 20%

E. 11~20 days before the tour - 10%

F. 21 days before - 0%

• ※Even if last-minute reservations and payments have been made, WelcomeTokyo will contact you if the number of participants exceeds the number of participants for the event. If we are unable to increase the number of participants, we will refund the participation fee. In that case, we will do it without charge.
• This day tour is basically an event held locally.
• This will be a collaboration event between WelcomeTokyo and other event companies. Please note the following points.
