ITINERARY

 * Fri (March 15th) 

• Meet the group in Shinjuku at 7:20pm
• Get on the bus
• Have a relaxing drink, chat with other members and get excited
• Short stops for food/snacks on the way
• Arrive in Shiga Kogen around 0:30am
• Check-in at the hotel
• Try the rentals

 * Sat (March 16th) 

• Breakfast at 7:30am
• Get the gear on
• Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-5pm)
• Enjoy the hotel’s huge hot bath
• Relax and have some drinks at the lobby
• Dinner at 6pm
• Group drinks

 * Sun (March 17th) 

• Breakfast at 7:30am
• Get the gear on
• Ski/snowboarding (8:30am-3pm) and/or join the the optional Snow Monkeys Trip (1pm-4:30)
• Enjoy the hotel’s huge hot bath
• Change clothes/get ready
• Get on the bus at 4pm
• Short stops for food/snacks on the way
• Arrive back in Shinjuku around 8:45pm

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Itinerary may vary due to the weather, traffic conditions and other unavoidable circumstances.
• Minimum/maximum of 4 persons for shared rooms.
• Male/Female only rooms are available.
• Group of (4) friends can have their own room.
• Private room for 2 or 3 persons available for an extra fee on a first-come/first-served basis (limited rooms).
• The hotel (almost ski-in ski-out) is located near Yakebitaiyama; the best powder snow and ski area in Shiga Kogen.
• Lunch not provided but available at the ski resort.
• There will be an extra fee for ski/snowboard boots JPN size 28.5 and above.
• Free ski/snowboarding lesson is on Saturday from 9:30am until 12pm.
• Lift pass will not be provided if you avail the beginners discount.
• You don’t need a lift pass to join our free ski/snowboarding lessons. However, if you’re a fast learner and would want to ride the chairlifts, you can buy a “ride ticket” which costs around ¥400-600 per ride. On average, beginners only take the chairlifts 4-5 times the entire weekend. Some beginners, not at all!
• Breakfasts and dinner are buffet style.
• Soap, shampoo and rinse are provided in the big bath (ofuro).
• You can send your gear by delivery service (takkyubin) to the hotel. Address will be provided upon request.
• You must check out of your room before 10am on Sunday, and put your belongings in the luggage room before going ski/snowboarding.
• Possible to ski/snowboard on the Sunday from 8:30am until 12pm and join join the Snow monkey tour from 1pm until 4:30.
• Final details will be sent to the participants by email two days before the event.

B. 24 hours before the tour - 40%

C. 2~7 days before the tour - 30%

D. 8~10 days before the tour - 20%

E. 11~20 days before the tour - 10%

• ※Even if last-minute reservations and payments have been made, WelcomeTokyo will contact you if the number of participants exceeds the number of participants for the event. If we are unable to increase the number of participants, we will refund the participation fee. In that case, we will do it without charge.
